Rice&'s Hitomebore rice is harvested in Iwate Prefecture in the Tohoku region of Honshu by farmer Takuya Kawamura. Hitomebore rice has a well-balanced and gentle taste, which pairs perfectly with just about any food and is delicious enough to be enjoyed hot or cold.
