All returns must be pre-approved. If the return is due to our error, we will issue a return shipping label and send it to you. We accept returns on products purchased directly from our website. All other returns must be made to the original retailer, except for cases of product defects. Returns will be given the option of a refund or equivalent exchange. All products must be unused and in original condition.
